Terms of use

The service

Kahyam is a management panel for orders, e-archive invoicing, shipping, shared stock and profit for stores selling on marketplaces and their own websites; today it works with Wix, Trendyol, E-Faturam and Geliver. The service is provided by Muhammed Safa Akkuş, a sole proprietorship (Şirinevler Mah. Atatürk Bulvarı No: 18 D: 13, Merkez / Batman, Turkey; Batman Tax Office). It is currently in early access and available by invitation.

Accounts and teams

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe; we recommend turning on two-step verification. You decide the roles and permissions of the people you invite to your workspace.

Connected services

The sales channels and services you connect (for example Wix, Trendyol, E-Faturam, Geliver) are subject to their own terms. Kahyam uses these services with the authorization you give. Outages or changes in these services may affect how Kahyam works.

Actions that need approval

Irreversible actions such as issuing invoices, writing stock counts and buying shipping labels only happen with your approval or through automatic rules you turn on; the emergency stop pauses automatic actions at any time.

The store owner is responsible for the accuracy of invoice details and for tax obligations. Profit figures are for information; estimated items are marked as such.

Fees

Kahyam is free during early access. If pricing is introduced, you will be told in advance and nothing will be charged without your consent.

Liability

We build and run Kahyam with care, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect damages.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; significant changes will be announced in advance. You can close your account at any time. Accounts may be suspended for use that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Batman have jurisdiction.
